Al Bustan Centre & Residence is a hotel apartment property in Al Qusais, Dubai, beside Al Nahda Metro Station. The property describes 640 rooms and suites across its accommodation portfolio. Dirani Design’s confirmed project scope covered all 640 accommodation units.
Dirani Design supplied a furniture package for studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts, with lighting and carpets included through additional project orders. The furniture schedules list sofas and leisure chairs, coffee and side tables, dining tables and chairs, TV consoles, beds and mattresses, bedside tables, dressing tables, mirrors and stools. Each layout called for a different combination of living, dining and bedroom pieces.
The project files include layout drawings and comparisons between the original interior and design proposals. The completed room photographs show the resulting furnished spaces, including living and dining areas, bedrooms and studios.
